"A subsidiary of a large multinational company was having problems with project information and documents, which were scattered around their employees computers across United States. Each project manager had his own set of documents and management standards. The subsidiary wanted a robust centralized solution to manage their projects. They envisioned easy access for all employees (at all levels) and at different locations. They also wanted to create a standard methodology for Project Management. After studying their requirements, we designed and implemented the Enterprise Project Control (EPC) system. EPC enhanced business processes by exploiting the ease-of-use and power of the Internet. After implementation, Project management has improved considerably in the company, allowing for quicker turnaround and improved efficiency. Project data is easily available to worldwide locations and is standardized."
